TikTok calculates your SPS based on a 60–90 day rolling window. While I can resolve your pending IMs and fulfillment issues immediately, it usually takes 7–14 days of consistent Green Zone activity to see your overall score begin to climb back toward a 4.0+.
Do you need my main TikTok login and password?
You will simply add my email as a Sub-account in your TikTok Seller Center. I only need permissions for Customer Service and Order Management to protect your health metrics.
Can you guarantee a violation will be removed?
