As Operational Excellence Manager at Panther Tyres & Rubber Industries, I was responsible for driving Lean Six Sigma initiatives, process improvement programs, and operational excellence across manufacturing operations. I worked closely with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities, eliminate process waste, improve productivity, reduce defects, and enhance overall operational performance. Key contributions included: Leading Lean Six Sigma improvement projects for productivity enhancement and defect reduction. Applying DMAIC methodology for problem-solving and sustainable process improvements. Conducting process mapping, root cause analysis, FMEA, Pareto analysis, and 5 Why investigations. Implementing Lean Manufacturing principles including 5S, Kaizen, waste elimination, and visual management. Developing KPI dashboards and performance monitoring systems. Supporting production, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams in achieving operational targets. Driving cost reduction initiatives through process optimization and resource utilization improvement. This role strengthened my expertise in applying Six Sigma tools in a high-volume manufacturing environment and developing practical solutions for operational excellence.
