Rafia is inexperienced with Amazon reinstatement. She doesn't know what needed to reactivate your account and she is not familiar with the Amazon guidelines. Everything that she can tell you is to call Account Health specialist, but they won't talk to you. Her plan of action was incomplete. Her submissions had grammatical mistakes. Won't recommend.
