I am a Quickbooks Certified ProAdvisor accountant. I provide both accounting and bookkeeping services mainly to Small and Medium Businesses worldwide. In accounting and bookkeeping, I will provide services such as financial statement analysis, variance analysis, financial statement preparation, journalising, invoicing, billing, bank and credit card reconciliation, payroll, Sales Tax (USA), VAT submission (UK) and Clean-up and Catch-up. Very disappointing experience. After 4–5 months, there was no update. I contacted the IRS multiple times and they confirmed they never received my ITIN application, despite being told it was “under processing.” This raises serious concerns about whether my documents were submitted. Poor communication and lack of transparency. Cannot recommend.

Another home run hit by Rahat, came through and beat my deadlines which were strict even for me. Appreciate is attention to detail and my only complaint is that I didn't know him years ago when I had so many issues with other tax people that aren't as skilled as Rahat.
