The work was decent to good. The communication was problematic. The freelancer seemed to not understand the brief, did not ask questions, and kept replying with "canned" one-word or three-word answers regarding detailed feedback. It took many extra revisions just due to apparent lack of understanding; i.e., asking for the same changes repeatedly.
