An organization based in San José, Costa Rica, that aims to restore hope to people by using the law as a tool to ensure that Costa Rican citizens have access to the rights guaranteed by the Constitution of Costa Rica. Its focus includes filing *recursos de amparo* (constitutional protection petitions) with the Constitutional Chamber to ensure that patients of the Costa Rican Social Security Fund (CCSS) receive medical attention within a reasonable timeframe. Additionally, it files legal petitions to ensure that employees of the Ministry of Public Education (MEP) have access to benefits granted by law. My responsibilities also included staff training, the creation of process manuals, ensuring that monthly goals set by management were successfully met, and supervising the staff under my charge.
