Role Description: Lead end-to-end embedded firmware development for MCU- and MPU-based systems across industrial, IoT, and automotive domains. Architect, design, and implement firmware using Embedded C/C++, RTOS (FreeRTOS), and Embedded Linux. Develop and optimize device drivers, HAL layers, and bootloaders with a strong focus on performance, reliability, and power optimization. Implement and integrate communication protocols including UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, Modbus, BLE, Wi-Fi, Ethernet, and MQTT. Work on IoT device connectivity, cloud integration (AWS/Azure/GCP), OTA update mechanisms, and secure device provisioning. Collaborate with hardware, QA, and product teams to ensure seamless HW–FW integration and system validation. Drive debugging and root-cause analysis using JTAG/SWD, logic analyzers, and protocol analyzers. Define firmware architecture, coding standards, and best practices; review code and mentor junior engineers. Support client engagements with technical discussions, feasibility analysis, estimations, and solution design. Contribute to productization, documentation, testing strategies (unit, integration, HIL), and production readiness.
