In what format should I deliver my file?
I will adapt to your work to make it the most comfortable for you! You can deliver it in the format you want.
What format will my file be delivered in?
I usually deliver them in word format (.doc, .docx) and in PDF. If in your case you require another type of format, please let me know.
What processes do you use to make your transcriptions efficient?
In addition to doing an audio test, I take into account the following processes: 1. Puntuctiation and typing 2. Quality Checks 3. Editing and structure
What happens in the event that there are not so clear dialogues?
In this case, I will let you know and I will send you the time in which such an inconvenience occurs. Please remember that it is not possible to work with files where what the speakers say is not clearly heard.
I need a transcript with specific points to work on, can you do it?
Of course! For this you can contact me directly and I will take care of delivering the work you require.
What is your speakers limit?
The package includes 3 speakers, in case you require more, a small additional cost must be added. Remember though that I am always open to custom orders tailored to your budget.
