A4 Štip – Radoviš Motorway, North Macedonia (km 5+000 – 28+560) Responsible for execution and supervision of three bridge structures and one box culvert on the A4 motorway project. Supervised installation of precast reinforced concrete beams (15 m spans, 21t/unit) and prestressed girders (25 m spans, ~54 t/unit). Ensured full compliance of works with design documentation, technical specifications, and quality standards. All structures delivered as per design, without delays. Maintained construction and measurement books; all project records successfully passed supervisory and external audits without remarks. Developed and maintained dynamic construction schedules in MS Project and prepared project control inputs (cash flow, materials, equipment, labor) using i2 software. Coordinated subcontractors and site execution teams.
