YES. Always message first. Tell me your POS platform (Shopify, Toast, Square, Clover, Lightspeed), how many locations you have, and your product count. I'll confirm the right package and timeline before you pay. This prevents ordering the wrong package and wasting time.
Can you fix a POS system that's already installed but not working?
