Seller did not follow instructions, used wrong fonts and colors. The back side of the product I received had placeholder Lorem Ipsum Dolor text instead of using the text provided. I had to go back and enter text, make all of the changes myself. Seller delayed multiple times because he was waiting for his designer. Not sure what that means.
