What does each package include?
Basic is community structure and branding. Standard adds a course, domain connection, and member access. Premium adds more courses, payment and email tool connections, and a launch checklist.
What counts as a revision?
A change to something I’ve already built within the agreed scope. New spaces or courses beyond the package are Extras.
What do you need from me to start?
An admin invite to your Circle.so workspace, your goals, and your brand assets. See the requirements form.
Do I need to share my password?
No. Invite me as an admin or team member.
Do I need a paid Circle so plan?
Some features, such as custom domains and paid access, depend on your Circle so plan. I’ll confirm what your plan supports before building.
Can you upload my course content?
Yes, if it’s ready. I don’t write or film it.
Will I be able to manage it myself afterward?
Yes, Premium include a recorded walk-through.
Can you manage my community after setup?
Yes, as the 4 week Extra or a custom offer.
Can you migrate from another platform?
Send me the details first. I’ll quote a custom offer if it’s in scope.
