As an intern UI/UX engineer at appiGo International (Pvt) Ltd, a cutting-edge technology start-up within the hSenid Group of Companies, I specialize in UI design for the Sri Lankan and Philippine e-commerce platforms of appigo, and the Ideamart admin portal. My role involves: Conducting comprehensive UI/UX research to drive user-centric designs. Designing intuitive and engaging UIs using Figma for the appigo e-commerce site. Developing responsive UIs with React JS, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap. Designing the UI and developing the frontend for the Codefest hackathon hosted by the company, utilizing React JS to deliver a seamless user experience. In this position, I’ve honed my skills in user experience research, UI design, and front-end development, contributing to the success of innovative e-commerce solutions and event-driven projects in diverse markets.
