FAQ
What do I need to provide to get started?
Your device MUST HAVE an open-source kernel provided by your OEM if your kernel version is lower than Kernel 5.10. You can send me link to the kernel source if available (Github, OEM links) I need your device's stock boot.img and some details such as model number, Android version, etc.
Do you support my device?
I support most Android devices with kernel 3.10 and above. Contact me with your device model before ordering to confirm compatibility.
What if the kernel doesn't boot or has issues?
I provide full support and revisions until the kernel works perfectly on your device. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
Do you charge if the kernel fails to boot?
Yes. I charge a mandatory $10 advance to cover internet costs for downloading source code and compilers, regardless of boot success. If it boots, we keep working and this $10 is deducted from your final price.
What rooting methods do you support?
KernelSU, KernelSU-Next, SukiSU, APatch. SuSFS is included in the Standard package.
How long does it take to build a custom kernel?
I can build the kernel within hours, or in less than one day if your requirements are basic. Adding Droidspaces support may require more time and collaboration; they usually take 1 to 2 days.
Do you provide source code?
Yes, I will provide the complete kernel source code once your order is completed !
Can this brick my device?
Flashing kernels has risks, but I thoroughly test builds. Always backup your data and have a stock boot.img ready for recovery.
