My current role with the company is as follows: 1. Operating and maintaining CNC mills and lathes 2. Deburring and QC of parts 3. Designing and prototyping 3D printed tools, robotic jaws, and workplace accessories 4. Supervising and proofing running parts and programs 5. Changing cutting inserts Those are just to name a few of the things I do regularly, with many other tasks that pop up as well. This job has aided me in understanding how to 3D model for mass production, as well as optimizing parts to run quickly and smoothly, both of which translate to more accurate and skillfully crafted models that far exceed expectations.
