For a new website, please provide your domain and hosting login details, logo, page names, content, and contact information. For an existing website, share your WordPress and hosting access. If you’re unsure about anything, don’t worry. I will guide you through the entire process during a Zoom call.
What if I don’t have content ready?
If your content isn’t ready, I can guide you in preparing it and use placeholder text to complete the layout and structure. This helps finalize the design and functionality. You can replace or refine the content at any time after delivery.
Will you help me decide what pages and sections my website needs?
Yes. I guide you in structuring your pages and organizing sections so your services are clear and easy for visitors to understand. If you’re unsure what to include, I’ll help you create a logical layout that supports trust and client inquiries.
Can I update the website myself after delivery?
Yes, you will be able to update your website after delivery. I build sites using a drag-and-drop page builder, allowing you to edit text, images, and pages easily without technical knowledge. I also provide a short Zoom walkthrough to guide you through basic updates.
Do you provide domain or hosting?
I don’t provide domain or hosting directly. However, I can guide you in choosing the right domain and hosting and help with the setup if needed.
Can you add WhatsApp chat or a Call Now button on the website?
Yes, I can add both if you want. They make it easier for visitors to contact you directly.
Do you provide SEO services with this gig?
I help with basic SEO setup by installing an SEO plugin (such as Rank Math or Yoast) and configuring the required settings. I will guide you on adding meta titles, descriptions, and content. This is a setup and guidance service, not full SEO or ranking optimization.
Do I need to purchase any themes or plugins?
I build websites using Avada or Elementor + Crocoblock. If you choose Avada, you will need to purchase the theme license. The Elementor free version works well with Crocoblock, while Elementor Pro may need to be purchased depending on the features required. I provide Crocoblock tools when needed.
How do you deal with revisions for the project?
I’m happy to make revisions to ensure the final result matches the agreed design and requirements. Changes outside the original scope or new ideas may require an additional order.
What support is included after delivery?
I provide post-delivery support for up to 14 days after delivery to ensure everything works as expected within the delivered scope. Minor fixes are included. New features or changes may require a separate order. A short Zoom walkthrough is provided to help you manage your website confidently.
