Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The work lacked professionalism, communication was impolite at times, and the final result did not fully meet expectations. I expected clearer communication and a more respectful attitude throughout the project.

He is truly very cooperative, very quick to respond, and highly skilled. I had a major problem, and he was honest with me and never delayed in solving it for me. He is truly talented, and I strongly recommend working with him.

Ricky was so fast and so efficient. I thought my file was a lost cause and it felt like within minutes he had it fixed up and ready to go. When I had questions about it he recorded a short tutorial for me(a complete novice) which was beyond kind and helpful. Thank you so much! I will definitely be bringing my lost causes to Ricky again :)

The order was completed perfectly and the quality was on point though I'd suggest letting the order be started and paid for first before starting on the actual file 'cause there might be approvals or disapprovals during the order request. Otherwise def. recommended.

Amazing to work with. Was very patient with me, and understood exactly what I was trying to do. Showed me several methods to help my workflow.
