FAQ
What do you need from me to get started?
Headshot options, project details (title, role, network/platform), and any logos or links you’d like included. If you have a trailer or footage, you can include that as well depending on your package.
What’s the difference between packages?
Basic is a simple animated postcard. Standard includes music or a trailer highlight. Premium is a full promo video with cinematic transitions and full trailer integration.
Can this be used for casting or agents?
Yes! Each order includes a static postcard version that’s perfect for email submissions to agents, managers, or casting.
What format will I receive?
You’ll receive a vertical video (optimized for Instagram Reels/TikTok) and a static image version for email use.
Can I request revisions?
Absolutely. Each package includes revisions to make sure everything looks polished and aligned with your vision.
Do you offer rush delivery?
Yes! If you have a premiere or deadline coming up, you can add rush delivery at checkout.
What if I don’t have a trailer?
No problem at all. We can still create a strong animated postcard using your project details and images.
