I currently work in the Marketing Department of a Japanese company (I can't chose because there was no option of this, but "Advantage Risk Management" in Japan) specializing in employee well-being and stress check services. My role focuses mainly on B2B product marketing, where I am involved in creating, reviewing, and improving various types of marketing and business content. My daily work includes writing and editing email campaigns, website and landing page content, promotional materials, seminar-related content, and other communications for corporate clients. I regularly adjust wording, tone, and structure depending on the target audience and the purpose of each piece of content. Through this experience, I have developed strong skills in writing clear, natural, and easy-to-understand Japanese, as well as carefully checking wording and nuance. I also have experience thinking about how information should be communicated so that readers can understand the intended message quickly and accurately. These skills are directly useful in my English-to-Japanese translation work, especially when translating marketing materials, websites, business documents, articles, and other content that requires both accuracy and natural Japanese expression.
