Led and executed the spatial boundary reconstruction and field demarcation for the PT IHM forest concession area. Conducted preliminary surveys, established high-accuracy GNSS Ground Control Points (GCP) and Independent Check Points (ICP), and processed geodetic data to ensure strict compliance with spatial standards. Successfully performed precise field stake-outs and managed the physical installation of official boundary pillars (pal batas), delivering fully verified GIS shapefiles, survey reports, and spatial documentation.
