I'm an architectural/civil engineer who turns rough ideas into clear, buildable plans. I've worked on projects ranging from backyard suites to small commercial fit-outs, and I know how frustrating it is when a project stalls because the drawings just aren't right.
My focus is simple: accuracy, clear communication, and hitting deadlines. No confusing jargon or endless back-and-forth just plans you can actually use, whether for permits, contractors, or client pitches.
