Lorsque je relis un manuscrit, je suis un lecteur bêta actif. Cela signifie que je vérifie constamment mes impressions et que je me pose des questions comme :
Comment la rédaction me fait-elle ressentir ?
Le rythme est-il trop rapide/lent ?
Ce dialogue paraît-il naturel ?
Que pense-je de ce personnage ?
Les actions de ce personnage semblent-elles hors de son caractère ?
Serait-ce déroutant pour un lecteur ?
Le décor pourrait-il être plus descriptif ? L’univers est-il immersif ?
Je propose des commentaires dans le document pour que vous receviez les premières impressions d’un lecteur bêta en lisant votre œuvre. Je fournis également un rapport de lecture d'une page avec un résumé de mes réflexions sur votre travail pour mes forfaits Standard et Premium. Dans ce rapport, je me concentre sur la vue d’ensemble : mes impressions générales, les points forts et faibles, etc.
