Tutto ok, professionale e attenta ai dettagli come sempre. Pronta e disponibile per completare ogni progetto. Lavoreremo ancora insieme, ne sono sicuro. Sempre consigliata. Everything was great, professional and attentive to detail as always. Ready and available to complete any project. I'm sure we'll work together again. Highly recommended.

She delivered on time, communicates well and polite. I was just expecting more in terms of creative output, which I thought she did not do too well. I'm willing to try her again though.

Does not follow directions. I even showed her message from Amazon on issue and she blamed me. I had to pay someone else that done job right the first time. Don't waste money with someone that has no accountability!

I’m very satisfied with the work. He did a great job formatting my book into EPUB, followed the requirements carefully, and delivered a professional result. Communication was smooth, and everything was completed as expected. I would be happy to work with him again on future projects.
