One of my most rewarding projects was helping an eCommerce brand that had a great product but struggled to turn website visitors and subscribers into repeat customers. Their Shopify store was connected to Klaviyo, but their email marketing was not fully optimized, their automated flows were missing key customer touchpoints, and their email designs lacked the consistency needed to represent their brand professionally. I started by reviewing their existing setup and identifying gaps across their customer journey. I then helped restructure their Klaviyo email marketing strategy, connected and optimized their Shopify integration, and built targeted Klaviyo flows designed around customer behavior. I created and optimized essential automations, including Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Browse Abandonment, Post-Purchase, and Win Back flows. I also designed professional, responsive email templates that matched their brand identity and worked smoothly across desktop and mobile devices. The result was a more organized customer journey, better communication with subscribers, improved engagement, and a stronger foundation for turning one time shoppers into returning customers. The client was happy to have a Klaviyo system that was not only visually professional but also structured to support long term eCommerce growth.
