I will turn a 2d blueprint into a 3d model in blender

I specialise in creating 3D buildings that can be used to visualise 2D blueprints.

The total living space should be 100 meters squared either across a single floor or 2 floors.

These prices are for simple house designs such as squared rectangular properties.

If plans are incomplete or I need to personally calculate dimensions I will need to charge extra.

The model provided will include:

• A residential property that is either:

A single floored residential property of up to 100 meters squared.

A two-floored residential property that is not more than 100 meters squared combined.

• Any number of windows and doors. Where doors/windows require high poly counts due to complex design features, additional charges will be added.
• Some basic design
