I will run a practical ai workshop to get your team using ai safely at work
AI strategy and operations partner for owner run businesses
À propos de ce service
Most teams have tried AI. Few use it well, or safely. This workshop changes that.
I run live, practical AI workshops for UK owner-run businesses and their teams. Before the session I survey your team and look at the work they actually do, so every exercise uses real tasks: emails, quotes, reports, meeting notes and customer replies.
What your team gets:
- A clear, jargon-free grounding in what AI is good and bad at
- Hands-on practice on their own work, not generic demos
- A prompt library tailored to their roles
- Simple safe-use rules: what never goes into an AI tool
- On the full day, a draft AI acceptable-use policy and a 30-day follow-up call
In person within about an hour's journey of Bournemouth, or live over Zoom or Teams anywhere else.
A good fit if:
- You have 3-20 people
- You've paid for AI tools and want them used
- You want your team confident before you automate anything
Message me with your team size and preferred dates before ordering, so I can hold a slot for you.

FAQ
Which AI tools do you teach?
Mainly Claude, Gemini and Grok, which I use every day. If your team already pays for another assistant, I'll use that instead. I teach habits that work across tools, so the skills last when the tools change.
Is it suitable for non-technical staff?
Yes, that's who it's designed for. We start from everyday tasks, not technology. People who already use AI get stretched with harder exercises on their own work.
How do you tailor it to my team?
A short survey before the session asks each person what they spend time on and how they use AI now. I build the exercises around their answers and agree the focus with you on a planning call.
Can you run it in person?
Yes, if you're within about an hour's journey of Bournemouth. Anywhere else, I run it live over Zoom or Teams, with the same exercises and materials. Message me with your location and dates.
What do people leave with?
Slides, a prompt sheet or role-based prompt library, safe-use rules, and at least one task each person will now do with AI. On the full day you also get a draft AI acceptable-use policy.
