It could have been a language barrier but details like speeding up every silent part of the video were repeatedly ignored. Captions were part of the original request but he couldn't add those. I ended up just downloading CapCut and got it done pretty easy myself.

If I could give 20 stars, I absolutely would! This editor was incredible to work with from start to finish.
