The Challenge: A YouTube creator had established long-form videos but needed a faster way to create additional content for social media. Manually searching through every video for usable moments was taking too much time. My Solution & Process: I reviewed the videos and identified strong hooks, practical tips, interesting statements, and memorable moments. I turned selected sections into concise vertical clips, added captions, removed unnecessary pauses, and formatted the videos for short-form platforms. Results: Long-form videos became a reusable source of short-form content, helping the creator maintain a consistent publishing workflow across multiple social platforms. I also maintained consistent naming and formatting across documents to make information easier to find.
