À propos de moi
Bilingual (English/Spanish) commercial estimator with 20+ years in the US market, built from the trade up: lead installer and master mechanic, then project coordination, PM, sales and senior estimating. I take off flooring, metal stud framing, drywall, ACT, FRP and painting from PDF plans for retail, medical, office. You get a clean Excel takeoff organized by finish tag, room and wall type, with order quantities tied to real carton sizes, quantities checked a second way before delivery, and an RFI list for anything unclear on the plans. Tools: Bluebeam Revu, MeasureSquare, Excel.... Plus d’infos
