The results were excellent, and the project completed very quickly (less than 24 hours). The seller reached out immediately, and was easy to communicate with. He did a great job! Will use "Prime Embroidery" again for future embroidery digitizing needs.

Level of English language/ speaking is lower than basic. Seller could not deliver presamples the way I wanted, although he said he could. After payment (!) and a lot of conversation, it was clear he did not understand the request. In his portfolio he is using pictures and samples that not belong to...
