Was not delivered at the promised time and he requested five more additional days. When I told him that I could not wait he delivered in minutes. That lets me know he could have delivered it when it was promised initially.

I hired them to write an audiobook cover for book 1, so I hired them to make another cover for book 2. I've used their mockup paperback cover for an advertisement on Facebook. Which I plan to do it again.
