How can I open and see the ePub file?
You can either use iBooks (mac) or download Adobe Digital Editions (Windows and Mac).
How can I open and see the paperback file?
The paperback will be a formatted PDF file. You will be able to open it using Adobe Acrobat Reader or other PDF readers of your choice. However, you're to upload the paperback file to kindle or other publishing platform intended for the file.

Horrible communication, does not follow direction, does not seem to comprehend well, when I send my book to him he merges words together to fit format when I get it back there’s always an error or misspelling.
