1. Providing day-to-day management of the warehouse, inventory, and logistics functions in conjunction with the warehouse operations manager & group lead. 2. Ensuring high productivity by monitoring attendance, leaves, and performance of staff. 3. Developing and managing performance goals and objectives to exceed customer expectations through timely execution, accuracy, and quality. 4. Ensure the warehouse is compliant with current safety and health regulations and that the team is trained properly. 5. Manage customer accounts that the warehouse services. Grow the customer base by providing excellent service. 6. Works closely with support staff (HR, Finance, Accounts, IT, Operations) to build and secure support and resources for projects and initiatives in their area, as well as providing needed support and resources for other staff initiatives. 7. Manages inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments, and stock levels. 8. Managing continuous WMS process improvement, SOP formulation, and Quality adherence across warehouses. 9. Innovating to improve customer experience and continuously remove costs from the firm`s fulfillment network.
