I'm a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) and NICET-certified fire protection specialist. I design fire sprinkler systems for residential, multifamily, and commercial projects under NFPA 13, 13R, and 13D, including full hydraulic calculations and PE-stamped, permit-ready drawings. I also review and correct rejected sprinkler plans so they pass AHJ resubmission. Every project is stamped by me directly, so there's no separate reviewer needed before you submit for permit. My focus is accurate, code-compliant work that gets approved the first time.
