I believe in the ability of coaching to unlock individual potential… inner strength and intentional action. And I believe that it can be high-quality, authentic and impactful - and still affordable! I am passionate about transformation into better versions of ourselves and I am commited and serious about my role as a coach. The satisfaction I get from helping people achieve growth and meaningful results is huge. Some of the tools I guide people through to cultivate confidence, focus and a better perspective are meditation, breathwork, gratitude and tracking of actions + habits.
