I do complete QuickBooks bookkeeping and cleanup work for different businesses. I look after accounts receivable, accounts payable, loan entries, and fixed asset depreciation properly. All transactions are categorized correctly, I create automation rules wherever possible, and keep undeposited funds well managed so nothing gets messy. At the end of every month, I reconcile all the bank statements, credit cards, payroll and loan accounts very carefully. After finishing the reconciliations I close the monthly books so they stay neat and tax ready. I also prepare the main financial reports like Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and give clear details of who owes us and who we need to pay. One thing my clients really like is that I do a monthly review call or meeting with them. I show them all the reports, explain everything in simple words, tell them how their business is actually performing, and share my thoughts on what they can improve or watch out for.
