I joined Maverick Studios as a VFX Artist, where I specialized in VFX preparation and post-production workflows. Through consistent performance and leadership, I was promoted to lead the VFX Prep team. In this role, I managed the entire VFX pipeline—from project planning and shot allocation to quality control and final delivery—ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality results. This experience strengthened my leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills, giving me the confidence to successfully manage complex VFX projects for large-scale feature films and commercial productions.
