What information do you need to get started?
I need your domain name, domain or DNS provider, target website or hosting platform, and a description or screenshot of the problem. Please also tell me if the domain currently uses business email.
Can you connect a domain registered with any provider?
Yes, I support most registrars, DNS providers, website builders, hosting panels, and cloud platforms. Please contact me before ordering if you use an uncommon platform.
Will my website or business email go offline?
I will plan the changes carefully to minimize interruption and preserve known email records. Please disclose all active website and email services before the work begins.
How long does a domain connection take?
Correct DNS settings are often visible within minutes or hours. However, global DNS propagation can take up to 24–48 hours and is controlled by DNS and internet providers.
What is the difference between connecting and transferring a domain?
Connecting points your domain to a website while keeping it with the current registrar. Transferring moves the domain to another registrar and may take several days because of provider approval or transfer locks.
Is SSL and HTTPS setup included?
SSL and HTTPS verification are included in the Standard and Premium packages. You can also add SSL setup to the Basic package through a custom offer.
Can you fix business email DNS records?
Yes. The Premium package supports MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configuration. Mailbox migration and historical email transfer require a separate custom offer.
How do you handle sensitive information and account access securely?
I request only the minimum access required and prefer a temporary, limited-permission account. Credentials are used only to complete your order and are never shared. After delivery, revoke the temporary account or change its password. Never send recovery keys, backup codes, or payment details.
