Solo-produced an NFT character collection for a Telegram MiniApp game, published on the Getgems marketplace with 46 characters currently listed for sale. Owned every stage of the project except code: original concept, character design direction, prompt engineering in Midjourney, generation and selection, minting and release. Developed a distinctive visual identity by blending three separate influences into one coherent look, then held that style consistent across the entire collection - matched lighting, proportions, environments and color treatment throughout. The collection also runs on commission: buyers can order a custom character built from their own photo, rendered in the same style as the rest of the set. This means working to a client brief and matching an established visual identity on demand - the same skill I bring to brand video work.
