I offer complete QuickBooks bookkeeping and cleanup services for small and medium businesses, keeping their finances accurate, up-to-date, and stress-free. I handle everything from accounts receivable and payable to loan transactions, fixed asset depreciation schedules, and proper categorization of all transactions. I also set up smart automation rules and manage undeposited funds so that the books stay clean and efficient. Every month, I reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, payroll, and loans to ensure nothing is missed. Once the reconciliations are done, I close the books properly so they are always ready for tax filing or any review. I prepare and carefully review all important financial reports including the Profit & Loss statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow statement, and detailed aging reports for receivables and payables. Beyond just managing the numbers, I schedule a monthly financial review meeting with every client. In these meetings, I walk them through their reports in simple language, show them how the business is actually performing, point out areas of concern, and share practical insights that help them make better decisions.
