Shopify Product Data Handling I worked on a Shopify product upload and data management project where the client provided a CSV sheet containing around 2950 products. My responsibility was to organize, clean, and prepare the product data according to Shopify standards. Data Cleaning & Formatting I carefully cleaned the product data by removing duplicate entries, correcting formatting issues, and arranging the data in a proper Shopify-compatible structure. I also managed and analyzed the dataset to ensure all product information was accurate and well-organized. Product Data Organization I structured the sheet according to the client’s Shopify store requirements, including product titles, descriptions, variants, pricing, categories, inventory details, and additional product-related information. After preparing the sheet, I shared it with the client for review and updated the requested corrections in specific rows and columns. CSV to Excel Conversion Once the client approved the final data, I converted the CSV sheet into a properly formatted Excel sheet for better management and verification. Shopify Product Upload After organizing and verifying the final data, I uploaded all products through the Shopify admin product section. I also checked the uploaded products on the Shopify product pages to ensure proper formatting, accuracy, and successful product display. Final Verification & Delivery After completing all quality checks and product verification, I successfully handed over the finalized Shopify store product data and uploaded products to the client.
