I build CRM automation and business workflows using Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, FieldPulse, Google Ads, Twilio, Zapier, Make, Google Calendar, Gmail, Mailchimp, OpenAI, QuickBooks, Stripe, PandaDoc, Google Sheets, APIs, and Webhooks to automate lead management, dispatch workflows, customer communication, estimate generation, proposal delivery, invoice creation, payment collection, appointment scheduling, technician notifications, and follow-up sequences. Every project starts by understanding how the business currently operates, identifying repetitive processes, and mapping a workflow that reduces manual effort while keeping data synchronized across multiple platforms.
