Roxanna did an amazing job. She made me aware of possibilities that I had not considered. She’s unbelievably professional and creative. I got so much more than I expected.

Her book review is just what this writer needed to ponder her suggestions. Some of the points she raised pricked my ego, yet here I sit, pondering her suggestions. For me, her review for the money was fantastically well spent.

This project took much too long to complete: Roxanna promised to do it in 10 days but took almost a month due to so many errors, revisions, poor communication response time, and way too many delays. The agents' list had to be re-done 3 times because she kept offering numerous agents at the same agency... Tout afficher

Poor communication. Days without responding to messages, then tried to upsell her other gigs without finishing the one I paid for, then lost interest, and didn't make the amendments I requested.
