Hello, I am Gladys and I have a master's degree in qualitative research methods. I Have over 5 years of experience with advanced statistics, analysis, and design of surveys and experiments. Some of my work projects include:
1) Application of unsupervised ML algorithms to segment FENIX PAYGO customers based on repayment
behavior, resulting in better group-specific and targeted interventions.
2) Deployment of an agricultural insurance adoption predictive model that enabled PULA Nigeria to predict insurance
adoption with an accuracy of 93%.
