What do I need to get started logo perfectly?
We use a partnership approach where you are involved in every stage. To understand your brand/business/website aim, slogan, color, etc. you can also send me some minimal ideas or clean sketches to understand the right way.
How many logo concepts will I get??
You will get multiple concepts design depending on the package you choose. Please don’t forget that only one chosen logo will be delivered in all formats. By chance, if you love all the designs, you can pay a minimal fee to get all of them.
Which package should I Purchase?
All packages are equal, but the difference is in the number of initial concepts, revisions, and deliverable files. PREMIUM PACKAGE is what you need for a TOP NOTCH SERVICE and leave the rest on my creative shoulders :)
What type of logos do you do?
All types of logos like a minimal, signature, business, real estate, gaming, salon, spa, restaurant, etc.
Do I own copyrights for the logo?
Important question. Each design is made uniquely. Once an order is completed you will have rights to the designs.
What are eps/vector/source files?
An editable version for your logo design is known as eps/vector/source files. You can open the source file with the help of adobe illustrator which is highly scalable and used for editing & printing purpose without quality loss. You can also use adobe photoshop.
What’s your REFUND POLICY?
If you are not satisfied with the logo, we do offer refunds most of the time. Mutual cancelation/refunds are only available before the order is rated/marked as complete by you. Refunds are not possible once the process of revision starts on the logo chosen.
What are your working hours?
I am usually active 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Due to working pressure, it maybe needs a little bit of time for responses.
