• Preparation of electrical plans, estimates, BOQs, and technical specifications for healthcare infrastructure projects. • Supervision and monitoring of electrical installation works in hospitals, Primary Health Centres (PHCs), Health & Wellness Centres (HWCs), and other health facilities. • Inspection, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems including HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, lifts, lighting, earthing, and fire alarm systems. • Preparation of detailed project reports (DPRs), cost estimates, technical justifications, and administrative notes for approval and financial sanction. • Scrutiny of contractor bills, measurement books (MB), work orders, and quality control of executed works. • Coordination with PWD, WBSEDCL, PHE, NHM, and other government departments for execution of electrical projects. • Site inspections, progress monitoring, and ensuring compliance with CPWD, PWD, CEA, NBC, and relevant electrical safety standards. • Planning and execution of electrical renovation, repair, and maintenance works in government healthcare institutions. • Monitoring Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for electrical installations, air-conditioning systems, lifts, DG sets, and related equipment. • Preparation of technical correspondence, official reports, utilization certificates, and project completion documents. • Ensuring uninterrupted electrical power supply for critical healthcare services through preventive maintenance and emergency response.
