Collaboration en coursSome of Ruby's work was good, just not what I asked for. I even paid for one that was unusable. But the most egregious deliverable was when it was clear that she had used AI to revise a background. She eventually became defensive, then unresponsive.

I worked with them on the cover for my first book. They were very understanding of my lack of knowledge of the process and helped me come up with a book cover that I could be proud to attach my name to. I enjoyed the final product.
