À propos de moi
Your subscribers joined for a reason. That interest fades when the welcome feels generic, the launch repeats the same pitch, or emails have no clear next step. Result: low clicks, weak replies, action only on discounts. I write email copy with one job and one clear next step: welcome sequences, launches, nurture, abandoned cart, newsletters, re-engagement, and retention. I map the journey first, then write natural copy for your ESP or CRM. Mass Communication degree. Two years writing payment and customer emails for a microfinance bank. Clear and persuasive, not pushy. Message me.... Plus d’infos

Microfinance Centre • Temps plein

May 2024 - May 2026 • 2 yrs

I wrote payment, reminder, and customer relationship emails for a private microfinance company. Focused on clear next steps, plain language, and a consistent voice across onboarding, repayment, and support messages. Delivered templates the team could reuse and improved clarity in the emails customers acted on most.
