I joined Growth Upper after a seminar where they utilized my digital marketing and sales skills. I was initially assigned to manage Facebook and Google ad campaigns, focusing on the core acquisition funnel. But after just one month, I was luckily promoted to Chief Online Marketing Officer due to increased performance and strategic clarity in their campaigns. Over the next four months, I led a full-funnel optimization effort including A/B testing, behavioral targeting, CRO, and creative reengineering. Using GA4, server-side tagging (GTM SS), and Meta CAPI integration, I rebuilt their tracking architecture to ensure accurate data flow and better decision-making. As a result, I assist them in achieving up to 7x growth in sales while maintaining a profitable ROAS. Due to business confidentiality, I can’t disclose exact revenue numbers, but the impact was significant enough to solidify a minimum long-term trust and leadership authority. (After 9 months, I resigned with honors, hoping for referrals and a higher salary.)
