I will code a PHP web scraper or crawler
Data scientist, scrapping complex sites, output pdf/xls, save to db.
Languages: python, php.

The price may vary depending on the complexity of the website and if it has bot protection requiring proxy support and/or CAPTCHA solving. I do not use any kind of scraping API or browser automation, everything is done using raw requests and regular expressions for parsing the page source. As a result, the scraper is very fast, even though it uses blocking synchronous code.
You can include the scraper in another PHP script and get the data using functions from the scraper's class. With every order I also include an example script demonstrating how to use it.
I may offer a discount for large orders.
